Maxwell writes (19 Mar 2003): "I'd like to offer a comment on the missing Leander Linden..as he was missing in both the 1830 & 1840 census & not mentioned in Coonrad's avuncular letter to Lucinda, I wouldn't be surprised if Leander Linden was actually the last child, Lyndon L who was listed as Lindon age 1 in the 1850 MI census."
