Obit (Wilkes-barre Times, Feb 6, 1903) - "Mrs. Emily A. Whipple, for many years a resident of this city and Tunkhannock, died at her home in Newark, NJ last Wednesday of heart trouble. She was the widow of Otis B. Whipple and is survived by one daughter, Miss May. The funeral will take place tomorrow with interment at Tunkhannock."
