I noticed your website because I am doing research on the families of George and John Hopkins the sons of Stephen Hopkins and Sarah Scott. The question that this endeavor has raised is whether John actually married Ms. Mary Gibbs of RI. Since only one researcher has proposed this union and I cannot find any location or date for this marriage, I have serious doubts.
