Whipple, married Martha Jane Taft {99235}, age 20, born Blackstone, Worcester, MA, daughter of Lewis W. and Mary B. Taft. (src: Massachusetts Vital Records, Douglas, 210:212). Martha Jane Taft's birth on July 16, 1845 in Blackstone, MA was recorded in Massachusetts Vital Records, Blackstone, 17:194. Lewis W. Taft and Mary Burden were married Oct. 3, 1841 in Mendon, Worcester, MA {src: Vital Records of Mendon, Massachusetts to the Year 1850). Lewis Willard Taft, son of Arnold and Martha W. Taft, was born May 19, 1819 in Mendon, Worcester, MA {src: Vital Records of Mendon, Massachusetts to the Year 1850). Lewis W.
