"Preserved, sometime in 1816, traveled to Cincinnati and made it his home. possibly with a group of settlers, including Mathew Van Dusen and his clan as well as Henry Whipple. He is seen on all city directories; 1819, 1825, 1829, 1839, 1840, and 1842. He is not listed after 1842. His sons George M and Francis live with him."
