He stated in his pension request that his father (whose name was not given) died in December of 1777 and he went home to Providence at that time. (Thomas d Dec 1877) YHe also had a brother Thomas in the same unit who provided an affidavit.Y His wife's name is not given nor the names of his children but Phebe is the name of the wife buried with him."
