She writes: "Mary Ann Wippell (born about 1822, died 3 December 1872) married 12 Dec 1855 Bridgwatwer to James Tout (1822-1883). Mary Ann and James took over the Bristol Arms hotel after elder sister Elizabeth retired. James had previously been a sadler in Bridgwater."
