!MOTHER: Probably Sarah Kent's (Lieutenant John's first wife's) daughter. This child is referred to the eldest daughter in will. (Source: H.B. Whipple) She would have been born before John (b. 1660), who was born less than a year after Lieutenant John's marriage to his second wife Elizabeth Woodman. S.W. Adams lists Sarah born in 1657, making her the daughter of her father's first wife.
