Whipple and Elizabeth Chamberlain, that she was b. in Mendon, Worcester, MA on 22 Dec. 1857 and d. in Providence, Providence, RI on 3 June 1941, age 83-5-12. (Note: The typed year of birth was changed from 1858 to 1857 as the typed age was changed from 82 to 83. Massachusetts Birth Records, however, show her DOB as 22 Dec. 1858 in Mendon, Worcester, MA) The marriage record of Sarah and Alonzo Fisher {72346} also gives Elizabeth {104159} as the mother's name. Parents' place of birth was given as Smithfield, Providence, RI in this record."
