"Methodist minister, began his service in 1872 at Chasm Falls in northern New York, returning there twice later, the last time in 1901. It was the custom to serve only a year or two in each appointment. Thus he was pastor in a large number of chagtes, including: Fort Jackson, Lisbon, Popes Mills, Edwards, Natural Bridge, Harrisville, Plessis, Depauville, Richville, Fernwood, Central Square, Lawrence, Bucks Bridge, and Waddington. He retired in 1909 and moved to Brockport, New York."
