!IDENTITY: "While I found the parents of Elizabeth Ann, John F. and William F. Whipple, I couldn't attach Otis Whipple to anyone already in the Whipple Genweb. Nor could I find much more info about Otis and the rest of the family. On Aug. 19, 1870 an Otis Whipple, farmer, age 58, b. NH was enumerated on the Hancock, Hillsborough, NH census along with Tryphina Whipple, age 59, b. NH (a second wife?). This Otis could be the Otis Whipple who was 39 on the 1850 census. Also, on June 22, 1860 John F. Whipple, age 14, and his brother William F. Whipple, age 13, were included in the household of Sarah [Yander], age 65, in the 6th ward Nashua, Hillsborough, NH. Could this be their maternal grandmother? and where is everyone else listed in 1850?" --N.A. Combs, 15 Jun 2005.
