Lucy's sister Permelia or variant I have as born in 1815 Knox, Albany, NY, but this date would seem a bit off as compared to the date you have her married to the first husband. In any regard, her husband William Harrison Gallup was born 9.29.1814 Berne, Albany, NY and first married Eunice Throop in 1837 who died 1840. He married second Permelia Whipple 2.13.1844 Berne, Albany, NY and had children.
