Wilford writes: "It does not mention in the Obituary that he died in the canal in Highland, Utah. The canal was very close to his house.YIt runs along the Alpine highway (the road from American Fork Tabernacle to Alpine).YHe drowned probably a couple miles north of the American Fork Cemetery."
