!SOURCE: Email from Ron Romano (email hidden) to Weldon Whipple, 5 Nov 2011. "There is a note in his current record in the 1870 US census that asks if he had a first wife named Frances. No he did not, this was a census-taker's error in transcribing Harrison's mother Frances' age from '62' to '26'. Portland city directory listings for this same period confirm that Frances (his mom) was in the same household as Harrison."
