First of all, his name is George Augustus, not George Washington. He was born 9 Jul 1837 in Providence, Providence, RI, and died 20 Jan 1919 in Indianapolis, Marion, Indiana. On 19 Dec 1869, he married Dorothy B. Webster, the daughter of John and Anna (Plowman) Webster. Dorothy was born 22 Feb 1846 in Canada, and died 21 Apr 1918 in Richmond, Henrico, Virginia. Both are buried at Oak Wood Cemetery in Chicago. They were the parents of one child.
