I don't believe the Daniel married to Diane was the son of Daniel Inman Whipple.Y In the 1850 census Spafford Onondaga NY, Daniel and wife Anna Yshow a son Daniel.Y One of your contributors has him with wife Diane in the 1850 census in New Hampshire.Y I did verify a Daniel Whipple married Diane Markres in 1847, she the daughter of Samuel A. Marchres/Mackres b 1807 d 1887 and Sophia Flagg b 1816 d 1879, both buried in Corry Erie PA.Y While Daniel could be in two places at once if the censuses were taken some time apart, Daniel Inman's son is 18 and unmarried and the other in NH Yis age 25 with wife Diane.Y It is all very confusing as at one time there were three Daniels in Constantia NY area all about the same age.Y Grrr!!Y Will send more info as soon as I have as this better put together.

In 1850 Daniel Whipple {119894} age 25, Diana age 20, and William H. Whipple, age 2, b. NH (abt 1848) are living in Nashua, Hillsborough, NH in Samuel Marckres' household. In 1860 Asa Marcknes, son of Samuel and Sarah, is living with Daniel 33, Diana 30, & son Charles A. 9 in Constantia, Oswego, NY. Diana Marckres and Daniel Whipple were mar. Dec. 26, 1847 in Nashua, Hillsborough, NH (src: New Hampshire, Marriage Records Index, 1637-1947)"
