Whipple, I found a birth record for an Almira Alice Whipple, daughter of Pardon Whipple and Ellen Boile, born 2 April 1886 in Cumberland, Providence, RI (Source: RI Birth Index 1879-1889). But, I didn't find a marriage record between Pardon Whipple and Ellen Boile, nor a death record for Emma H. Phillips or Ellen Boile, nor a marriage/death record for Almira A. Whipple."

• In 1900 Pardon is shown with his daughter "Elmira A." She was born Apr. 1886 in RI; her mother was b. in Ireland. Living with them are servants John and Ellen Casey, both born Ireland, married for 7 years. Ellen says she bore 2 children, 1 of whom is living.
• In 1910 "Almira" Leduke is living with her husband Joseph Leduke in Cumberland. She is 24; they have been married 2 years and have a 9/12 son Berton W. Leduke. Living with them is mother-in-law Ellen Boyle, born Ireland. I couldn't read the marital status for Ellen (is it a "D"?)
• In 1920 "Almira" Laduke is living with her husband Joseph Laduke in Cumberland, with 6 children, including Berton W.and Pardon W. Also living with them is mother-in-law Ellen Casey. Ellen says her marital status is widowed. She also says she is naturalized. (A possible path for more research.)
• In 1930 "Elmira" A. and Joseph Laduke are living in Cumberland with their 6 children.
