Includes scan of a handwritten page of death dates, which indicates that Benjamin's mother died in December 1839 (3 years before 1842). At the top of the page is imprinted "James H. Crocker, 39 Thorndike Street, Brookline, Massachusetts. Above the imprint (in handwriting) it reads: "From the Family Record in the Old Bible". Death dates are recorded as follows:
