!SOURCE: Email from Neil Whipple (email hidden) to the Whipple One-Name Study, 24 May 2024. He writes: "This infant was a male. He survived only 4 hours and was not named. Place of death was Franklin County, Iowa. The death certificate states both the town of Dows and the county of Franklin for the place of death. But, although Dows was the closest town, it is not located in Franklin County. They were actually living in Franklin County, so I would put that was the place of death.
