Services are pending at Criswell Funeral Home for Truman W. "Senator" Brydia, 307 East Thirteenth, who died Sunday. He was born March 25, 1878 in Saunemin, Ill., son of Charles S. and Harriett Ellen Funk Brydia, and attended Illinois schools. He came to Ada in 1909 from Fairbury, Illinois.Mr. Brydia and Miss Laura Whipple were married in Ada June 20, 1913.
Mr. Brydia, a printer, was shop foreman of the Ada Evening News at the time of his retirement in 1952.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Laura Brydia, of the home; two daughters, Miss Mildred Brydia, and Mrs. Stanley Tyler; two sons, T. W. Brydia Jr. and Charles F. Brydia, a grandaughter, and a brother, George Brydia.
