Three children with the last name of Philpott were living in the household of Rufus G and Lavina Whipple in 1885: Albert Philpott (born ~1864), Ira E Philpott (born ~1874), and Elmer E Philpott (born ~1876). It can be assumed that these were her children from a previous marriage."
