Frank Stophlet, son of Charles Stophlet and Helen Grace Leeper was born in Unionville, Massac County, Illinois on June 6, 1913; lived and died in Unionville, Massac County, Illinois on October 18, 1918 due to being "kicked by a colt in stomach on October 17th in the afternoon". He is buried in Mount Sterling Cemetery, Unionville, Massac County, Illinois. Source: death certificate (given the circumstances, I am assuming that Frank Stophlet was born in Unionville).
