SARAH A. LAWRENCE, 101, of Nottingham Place, a homemaker, died Saturday in Kent County Memorial Hospital, Warwick.
She was the wife of the late Burnside Lawrence. Born in Glocester, she was a daughter of the late Dexter and Sylvia (Whipple) Smith.
Mrs. Lawrence leaves two nieces, Nancy White, with whom she lived, and Dorothy Taylor of Coventry. She was the sister of the late Coomer Smith and Viola Gillespie.
The funeral service will be tomorrow at 7:30 p.m. in the Gorton Funeral Home, 721 Washington St. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery.
