Gives name Ann Scott, married 21 April 1804 in Smithfield, Rhode Island. (Marriage date previously entered as 6 Apr 1804.) On p. 5: "also known as Nancy"; adds death place, Scituate. The following appears on p. 16, note 5: "Inexplicably, in his notelbook recording marriages he had performed, Reverend Gano wrote that he had married Mary Scott and George Whipple on April 6, 1804. Ann Scott had a sister named Mary, but presumably this was simply a curious error."
