!SOURCE: Email from Jean Maris (email hidden) to Weldon Whipple, 15 Sep 2008. Indicates that Scott's older brother (Michael David) was not born in Wisconsin (although so indicated in 15 Generations of Whipples). By inference, it is possible that Scott was not born in Wisconsin either.
