A little more info to add about Abby Mowry {18986}.YYPerhaps the additional info might help to clarify Abby's parentage as that of Nathaniel MowryY{18974} and Martha Tucker {18975}.YY I like to think that she was named for her maternal grandmother (Abigail Staples) and named a son for her brother Sessions Mowry.Y This is one of these "feels right" situations without hard proof.Y I agree, the earlier genealogies have lots of errors, but it's amazing what was done without benefit of computer (or maybe even a typewriter).
