I have found Jabez Lovett in the Ohio 1860 Federal census in Newburgh Hts, Cuyahoga Co, Ohio, age 47. livery man, wife Nancy age 39, son Aaron age 21, son Benjamin age 17, dau Estella, age 11, dau Zade or Rade Sp? age 3.Civil war records show Aaron C Lovett and Benjamin F Lovett serving in the Ohio military. In the 1910 census Benjamin F Lovett is found in Ohio Census as mail carrier, RFD and wife, Eleanor. ...
Aaron C and Benjamin F were grandsons of Benjamin Lovett (1783-1853).

Cites article from a Rochester, NY newspaper 31 Aug 1877:"The death of Aaron C Lovett occurred 23 Aug 1877 at the home of his father-in-law, W BARTHOLOMEW, in Geneva, Ohio from consumption. He served in the Civil war with the Ohio 7th. and was the son of the late Jabez/Jabish Lovett and brother of Benjamin F Lovett of Ohio."
