August 14, 1832, while a resident of Fair Haven, Rutland County, Vermont, and he died there December 18, 1836.Soldier married for his third wife (names of other wives not mentioned), at Poultney, Vermont, February 7, 1814, Lydia Church (maiden name Babcock), who was born May 17, 1774, she was allowed pension on her application executed February 4, 1850, while a resident of Fair Haven, Vermont.
Their children were, Mary Maria, John Newton and Caroline, who married Eddy. Mary Maria and John Newton were both dead in 1850.
