!SOURCE: Email from N. Combs to Connie (email hidden) and the Whipple Website, 9 May 2016: "Mary Romero contributed her Romero Family Tree to Ancestry.com. She indicates that Daisy Bell Knowlton is the dau. of Charles Knowlton and Virginia Strong Abbey, and that she d. in Seattle, King. WA on Aug. 7, 1960. This is confirmed by Washington state death records and her Social Security application form. The death record gives her last name as "Leavens" and indicates a DOB of 21 June 1883. Daisy Bell Knowlton mar. Edward Samuel Johnson (1877-1920) in Snohomish, WA on 28 Dec. 1912 Daisy's third marriage was to Robert J. Leavens in King Co., WA on 7 Nov. 1941."
