Arthur Rose and Rozemma (Rose) Halstead Rose raised Isabella when her mother died. They signed her marriage certificate when she married Jason. Hereus her death certificate. Her brother, Clarence was the next of kin. Her father is listed as Andrew Hill. I also have found a census for the Rose household, where she is listed as Isabella Hill. On a later census she was listed as Isabella Rose.
