I received from Maine State Archives a few years ago a (poor photo copy of film) (they wrote in the year 1801) birth record for # l94209 Betsy Packard but I had trouble adding up her age with several census records. I now believe her dob to be July 22, 1807. This is a copy of Hebron Maine Vital Records & her father is Abial or Abiul Packard & she is listed as Elizabeth.
