... the daughter of Harvey Decker and Caroline Woodmansee (per Pennsylvania death records). She [Etta] is shown as the step-daughter of Henry Whipple and his wife Caroline on the 1880 Wayne County, Pennsylvania census. She is married to Eugene on the 1900 Wayne County, PA census, and according to this source, she had been married for 19 years, which means she was married c1881. As per her death certificate, she died 17 May 1926 in Honesdale, Wayne, Pennsylvania. Caroline Woodmansee (RIN 7957) married Henry Whipple (RIN 7955) c1868. This Henry was the uncle of Eugene B. Whipple.
