The death certificate from Kent County, Michigan shows that Lydia Chambers, a widow, died 7 Jul 1891 in Alpine Township of old age (age given as 70 years, 0 months, 0 days). Her birthplace was New York. Her father was Bela Chase, whose residence/birthplace was Michigan. (Mother's name not recorded on death certificate.)
