!SOURCE: Email from N. Combs to Weldon Whipple, 29 Mar 2003 lists an unnamed son of a Jonathan Whipple found in the Vital Records of Hubbardston, Massachusetts to the End of the Year 1849, whose birth date matches the date given by Henry Burdette Whipple. The entry reads: "WHIPPLE -, s. Jonathan, March 19, 1779. P.R. Birth Hubbardston"
