Louis H. Whipple By Special CorrespondentROCKVILLE, Ind., June 9. --Mrs. Francis R. Whipple has received word of the death of her brother-in-law, Louis H. Whipple of Duluth, Minn. Mr. Whipple, who was a business man of that city, was about 55 years old. He was the last surviving child of the late Francis R. Whipple, Sr., one of Terre Haute's early merchants, and later a merchant of Rockville.
