John C. Whipple {38003}, 95, d. April 1, 2005 in Kankakee, MI; b. Aug. 13, 1909 in Waukesha, WI, son of Alfred P. and Phoebe (Crouch) Whipple; survived by wife Ruth Irene Peter {38021}, whom he married Aug. 23, 1946 in Grand Rapids, MI; also survived by two sons, seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, predeceased by parents, three brothers, and one sister.
