His daughter Sarah was born in 1859 and she was with him in the 1860 census, no wife at that time. I don't know when he married Elizabeth/Lizzie/Eliza Moulton or if she was Sarah's mother." Sarah Annie Whipple was age 11 with her father in the 1870 census.
