Nellie married Walton Mace in 1904. She died in Florida in the early 1940s where she'd gone to see a Christian Science healer. Nellie was very talented. She has a book of beautiful poems, Bringer of Peace, published privately in Boston in 1940. She attended University of Colorado in the early 1890s, is registered in the historic Boulderado Hotel as one of the first four guests when it opened, and published frequently in the Christian Science Monitor after moving to Boston around 1915. Nellie and Walton had no children.
