• His Draft record dated June 5, 1917 states that he worked for the Illinois Central Railroad, East St. Louis, Illinois. The record states the he was born in Mound City, Pulaski County, Illinois. He is described as "short in stature, medium build, with grey eyes and black hair with no balding".
• Frank Wainwright Stophlet, Corporal, USA, and Elizabeth Jane Boly are buried in Section J, site 2245, Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, 2900 Sheridan Road, St. Louis, Missouri 63125. I have visited the grave and have a confirming photo.
