(Note: in email dated 24 Feb 2019, N. Combs is unable to verify the gravestone in the RI Historical Cemeteries Database; also unable to verify a marriage to Katherine M. Galvin. Concludes that Sidney is female [see notes below].)

Rhode Island Deaths and Burials, 1802-1950 has the following record: Syndea Whipple female, age 66, b. abt 1855, dau. of Moses P. Whipple {104158} and Lydia Chamberlain {104159} d. 14 March 1921 in Providence, Providence, RI
Census records listing Sidney/Sydnea as female: 1870 (domestic servant), 1885 (Sidnea, single), 1910 (divorced, 1 child), 1920 (widowed). The name of her grandmother Sidney Fuller {69635} was spelled "Sydnia" on the death record of a son (more abt him in another message).
I can't find either a marriage or burial record either thru Ancestry.com, RI Marriages Index, or American Ancestors (NEHGS databases).
My take is ... that the person is a female named Sidney/Sydnea Fuller Whipple for her grandmother Sidney Fuller {59535}--and I can't explain the burial record info.
