!SOURCE: Email from Greg Bishop (email hidden) to Weldon Whipple, 21 Oct 2018. He writes: "Daniel Whipple was likely born between 1740 and 1745 in Connecticut or Rhode Island. Daniel received a grant of 250 aces, a 1/2 share, in Horton Township, Kings County, Nova Scotia in 1761. Daniel likely only received a 1/2 share because he was unmarried at the time. He would have had to have been at least 16 years old and more likely close to 21 years old."
