William and his wife Mary were members of the Wenham Congregational Church and were dismissed in 1714 along with 52 others to form a church in Ipswich. Their children were baptised at Wenham. They lived on the estate of William's father having received the property under his will. He later sold the property to his brother John Davison. William died 17 Jan 1729/30 and left an estate of 516 pounds. Mary's estate was presented 16 Mar 1740 and totaled less than 40 pounds.
